  Fantastic customer service. The conditions were amazing during my early March visit. I found, from discussions with friendly staff, that when the front slopes get new natural snow there is a force multiplier effect on the north face slopes. I was skiing spine glades that had TONs of powder. 7 straight hours of little waiting at the lifts. It can however, get busy at times during Canadian ski week. Highlands is highly recommended for many reasons!! Enjoy
